** Qualifications
* ** High School Diploma or GED preferred.
* Ability to consistently lift up to 50 pounds. Tasks require candidate be able to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift of 8 hours or more.
* Willingness to operate power industrial trucks (PIT) and rotate into various areas of the warehouse as well as comfortable working with heights up to 25 feet.
* Aptitude to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment while meeting hourly established performance standards.
** Responsibilities
* ** Accurately pick, pack, ship product.
* Works on routine assignments that require problem resolution.
* Works within clearly defined standard operating procedures.
* Effectively communicate with associates and display teamwork in completing task assignments.
* Always maintain inventory integrity and product safety.
* Execute tasks utilizing hand-held RF units / scanners.
* Participate in associate meetings and communicate any concerns to management.
* Perform all job duties in accordance with OSHA standards and adhere to all policies, rules, regulations, and procedures set by the organization.
* Use required personal protective equipment such as steel toed safety shoes (provided after 90 days), and material handling equipment safety harness
