A well-established manufacturing organization who is also on the GROW is seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist to support a growing finance team. What You'll Do

• Generate and distribute customer invoices
• Manage accounts receivable aging and follow-up activities
• Perform business-to-business collections
• Apply customer payments and maintain accurate records
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Support release of vehicle titles by ensuring customer payments are received and properly applied
• Assist with month-end accounting activities as needed
• Provide backup support for payroll, accounts payable, and other accounting functions when required
• Maintain accurate documentation within the ERP system
