Sewer Equipment provides the highest quality and most innovative sewer cleaning products for the municipal and contractor market. With a wide array of product offerings from high-pressure, high-volume trailer and truck-mounted sewer jetters to combination sewer cleaners. The Project Manager - Business Systems & Analytics will increase company profitability and operational visibility by leading initiatives that connect data, systems, and strategy.

This role will leverage Power BI, Power Query, and a deep understanding of business systems to drive process improvement, reporting accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Lead cross-functional projects focused on improving system integration, data visibility, and business process efficiency.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to support strategic decision-making across departments.
• Use Power Query to transform and model data from ERP, CRM, and other business platforms.
• Collaborate with Sales, IT, Finance, Operations, and other teams to align systems with business needs.
• Provide training and support to users on Power BI tools and reporting best practices.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to system performance and data quality.
• Document and standardize processes to ensure consistency across departments.
• Support ERP optimization efforts, including enhancements and integrations.

• 3-5 years of experience in business systems, analytics, or project management in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and how they interact with other business platforms.
• Proficiency in Power BI and Power Query required.
• Demonstrated project management and systems implementation background
• Experience with workflow systems and data visualization tools required.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and organized.
