SupervisorDirector, Impact Program
Job Description- Assist the Impact Program staff with general office processes while maintaining confidentiality of all student records. A good candidate should show initiative, creativity and have a friendly personality. Must be dependable, responsible, flexible and can work independently.
- Assist with front desk duties in the Impact office such as data entry, greeting students and answering general SVCC and Impact Program questions, and answering phones.
- Various jobs assigned – scanning documents, communicating with Impact students and parents, uploading documents to Filebound.
- Other duties as reasonably assigned by Impact Program staff.
- Must display professionalism and confidentiality in all matters.
- Must be able to communicate by telephone and email.
- Must be proficient with computers and word processing.
- Must be able to operate basic office equipment.
- Must be able to provide and understand verbal/visual orders from supervisors.
- Must be able to get along with co‑workers and follow directions.
Daily contact with college personnel, faculty, students, and the general public in the routine performance of duties and departmental services.
Requirements- Federal Work-Study provides part‑time jobs for undergraduate and graduate students with financial need, allowing them to earn money to help pay education expenses. Students participating are paid minimum wage and can work up to 20 hours per week.
- To qualify for the Federal Work Study Program, the student must be enrolled half‑time (or greater) at the College, be enrolled in an eligible degree or certificate program, be in good academic standing, and have eligibility (financial need) as determined by the FAFSA.
