Centurion Health is seeking a Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Dixon Correctional Center in Dixon, IL. The nurse will deliver holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under RN and medical staff supervision.
Requirements include an LPN license (or ability to obtain one), a high school diploma or GED, CPR certification, and the ability to obtain security clearance (drug screen and background check). The shift is 5AM-1PM, Monday through Friday.
