Station Manager; Store Manager

Job Description

As a Station Manager you will lead store operations at your assigned location, ensuring uninterrupted service and promoting a positive customer buying experience while delivering exceptional customer service and developing employees.

• Maintain uninterrupted operation by effectively scheduling staff and being readily available to assist when needed
• Inventory counts:
  Maintain appropriate retail stock, fuel, car wash chemical, and operating supply levels
• Cash management
• Customer Service / Communication
• Facility Maintenance
• Provide customers with clean, appealing, and appropriately stocked facility further ensuring a positive buying experience and safe working environment

• Minimum six years management experience in retail, grocery, or restaurant; prior experience 1-3 years required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; strong organizational ability and attention to detail
• Proven motivator with excellent team building, directing and training others
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must complete approved Food Service Sanitation Management course, receive passing score, and maintain valid certificate on site
• Where required by law, obtain and maintain applicable Operator License to sell alcohol
• Superior customer service skills and ability to troubleshoot and effectively solve problems
• Physical ability to lift and carry 50 pounds; stoop and bend; reach above shoulder level; climb; shovel; sweep and mop
