Service Analyst at The Waldinger Corporation (Dodge City Office)

Under the general supervision of the Service Manager, assists in answering incoming calls, procurement of parts and tools, back‑up dispatch, and provides support to technicians. Responsible for accomplishing administrative and accounting functions in the Service Department in an accurate and efficient manner. Handle scheduling and estimation.

• Work Order Management:
  Review and update work orders according to client requirements to eliminate discrepancies and ensure timely invoicing.
• Branch Coordination:
  Builds and maintains positive relationships with local branches to facilitate smooth operations and effective communication.
• Contract Compliance:
  Understands and locates contract specifications to ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
• Proposals and Quotes:
  Processes quotes following the Account Manager's review, with a focus on accuracy and adherence to client requirements.
• Billing Review:
  Supports the review of work order billings for clients per the client billing requirements.

• High School Diploma/GED;
  Associate's preferred.
