Dodge City High School is launching an exciting new partnership with WSU Tech to offer students hands-on exposure to aviation maintenance. We are seeking a motivated, student-focused Program Facilitator to support this innovative course on-site at the high school. In addition, this position will also be teaching courses from the Manufacturing and Construction & Design Pathways. Being able to teach welding is not required, but preferred.

Instruction for the Aviation Maintenance will be delivered by WSU Tech instructors, while the Program Facilitator will serve as the daily point of contact for students, providing classroom support, managing logistics, and helping students stay engaged and on track. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with young people, values career and technical education, and is excited to help students explore high-wage, high-demand career pathways.

• Provide classroom support, manage logistics, and help students stay engaged and on track in the Aviation Maintenance course (delivered by WSU Tech instructors).
• Serve as the daily point of contact for students.
• Teach courses from the Manufacturing and Construction & Design Pathways; teaching welding is not required, but preferred.
• Work on-site at Dodge City High School as part of the partnership with WSU Tech.

• Motivated, student-focused Program Facilitator capable of supporting this course on-site.
• Ability or willingness to learn and teach in Manufacturing and Construction & Design Pathways; welding experience is optional but preferred.
• Interest in helping students explore high-wage, high-demand career pathways.
• Collaborative mindset to work with WSU Tech instructors and school staff.
