Job Coach - Dodge City
New Hire Bonus - $1,000 Full-time
Description: Responsible for teaching and coaching assigned clients in community job placements. Provide training and support to assigned clients as agreed by the Person Centered Support Plan (PCSP) team and assigned by the Case Manager.
Requirements: High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required. Preference may be given to an applicant with two years of college education. Must be at least age 18, have basic knowledge of the behavior modification and working knowledge of disabilities.
