• Build relationships with guests, making each one feel like part of the Boot Hill Casino & Resort family.
• Host VIP players by coordinating personalized visits, events, and promotions.
• Connect with new players, encourage loyalty, and grow participation through networking and outreach.
• Use guest play data to make informed decisions about comps, offers, and experiences.
• Partner with the Marketing and Player Development Teams to create unforgettable guest experiences.

• An outgoing, approachable personality with strong communication skills.
• Sales savvy and comfort with relationship-building.
• A willingness to learn our systems and grow within the role.
• Experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain a Kansas Racing and Gaming License.
• High School or better.
