Serves as the essential link in delivering the Landmark National Bank promise that Everyone starts as a customer and leaves as a friend. Delivers exceptional customer service in diverse communities, going beyond prompt, accurate, and confidential bank transactions to include a positive, friendly approach to building customer relationships. Works independently and as part of a team, modeling Landmark National Bank's core values, mentoring fellow associates, and ensuring compliance and confidentiality.

Promotes bank products and services effectively.

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers with a smile and addressing their needs promptly and accurately.
• Travel to various bank branches within the region to perform teller responsibilities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and team members.
• Complete bank transactions securely and confidentially, including deposits, withdrawals, issuing financial instruments, loan payments, foreign currency exchange, and more.
• Maintain proper cash drawer levels and assist in vault balancing.
• Follow all regulatory requirements and procedures, staying current with training.
• Use the 7 Step Conversation to promote bank products, including role plays and completing checklists.
• Engage in professional development activities and team success initiatives such as daily huddles, meetings, and training.
• Represent the bank positively in the community.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
