• Implement the care plan developed by the Physical Therapist, ensuring adherence to established protocols.
• Facilitate patient advancement through their treatment plan, making adjustments as directed by the PT to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate and enhance patient care, ensuring the achievement of individual goals.

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current PTA license in the state of practice.
• Adherence to Key Rehab’s Code of Ethical Conduct and all applicable state and federal regulations.

• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Flexibility and team collaboration.
• Exceptional communication (oral and written).
• Experience with geriatric populations.
• Knowledge of Medicare billing regulations.
