* ** Packaging & Material Handling Operator - Dodge City, KS*
* *
* Job Summary:

** Responsible for operating packing and material handling equipment to safely and efficiently load, move, and transport bulk and semi-bulk materials. This role includes loading semi-bulk trailers, supersacks, and railcars; operating various vehicles and equipment; and accurately completing required documentation.

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Operate packing and bagging equipment according to safety and quality standards
* Load, unload, and move semi-bulk trailers
* Load, move, and handle supersacks safely
* Load and unload railcars with bulk materials
* Operate semi trucks, Track mobile, and forklifts
* Perform material transfers and positioning as required
* Complete all required paperwork, logs, and shipping documentation accurately
* Conduct pre-operation equipment inspections and report maintenance issues
* Follow all safety, environmental, and company policies
* Maintain a clean and organized work area
*
* Qualifications & Skills:

*** Experience operating packing equipment and material handling machinery
* Ability to operate a forklift, semi truck, and Track mobile (certification preferred)
* Knowledge of bulk material loading procedures
* Basic computer and paperwork/documentation skills
* Strong attention to safety and detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Ability to lift and move materials as required
** Work Environment:
*** Industrial or plant setting
* Exposure to dust, noise, and outdoor conditions
* Requires standing, walking, and operating heavy equipment for extended periods
