A leading dairy manufacturer in Dodge City is looking for a Milk UF Operator to run the Milk UF/Permeate RO equipment. Responsibilities include ensuring the smooth operation of the filtration unit, maintaining cleanliness and safety, and processing milk for cheese production. Ideal candidates will possess strong English skills, some experience in dairy manufacturing, and the ability to lift up to 45 lbs.

The position requires weekend and holiday work, along with rotating shifts.
