Starting at $33.00 an hour plus applicable differentials under our Premium Pay Plan. Additional pay is based upon experience.

The Director of Reimbursement – MDS Coordinator (RN) is responsible for the development and completion of the MDS in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines governing resident assessment. The employee advances the value that the resident comes first, values the community as the residents’ home, works to create attributes of home, and models person‑centered care.

• Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university or be a graduate of an approved RN program.
• Must possess a current active license to practice as an RN in this state.
• Previous experience as a supervisor in a hospital, long‑term care community or other related health‑care facility. Previous geriatric nursing experience desired.
• Knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines governing long‑term care.
