Occupational Health Nurse; RN​/LPN GOSDC

• Provide basic healthcare, first aid, and immediate medical assistance to employees experiencing workplace injuries or illnesses.
• Assess employee health concerns and determine the appropriate level of care or referral.
• Respond to workplace accidents, medical emergencies, and other health-related incidents.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee medical records, treatment logs, and incident reports.
• Monitor workplace injuries and illnesses and assist with follow-up care and recovery.
• Support workplace health and safety programs, including health screenings and wellness initiatives.
• Assist with workers’ compensation cases, injury documentation, and return-to-work coordination.
• Conduct basic health assessments, including vital signs, as appropriate to the role and licensure.
• Educate employees on workplace health, injury prevention, hygiene, and safe work practices.
• Coordinate with Human Resources, Safety, and management teams regarding employee health concerns while maintaining confidentiality.
• Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare regulations, workplace safety policies, and nursing standards.
• Maintain first-aid supplies and medical equipment and ensure they are available for workplace emergencies.
• Assist with reviewing workplace incidents and identifying opportunities to improve employee health and safety.
• Refer employees to appropriate healthcare providers when additional medical evaluation or treatment is required.

Current CPR/BLS certification.
