We’re looking for a Dishwasher who takes pride in keeping things spotless and organized. • Wash and sanitize all kitchen equipment, cookware, and tableware
• Maintain cleanliness in all kitchen areas, including floors and trash removal
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure compliance with food handling regulations
• Assist with stocking and organizing supplies
• Support team members and contribute to a positive, efficient kitchen environment
• Champion The Maverick Way by bringing energy, pride, and teamwork to every shift

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• No experience needed—we’ll train you!
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Full-time and part-time openings, Swing Shift
• Must be available to work nights and weekends
• Must obtain a Kansas Racing and Gaming License
