Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
Hilmar Cheese Company in Dodge City, KS is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to support operations by performing corrective and preventive maintenance on plant equipment, ensuring high uptime and safe, efficient production.
You will read blueprints, use power and welding tools, operate a forklift and plasma cutter, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, and document maintenance history. Weekend/shift flexibility and ability to lift up to 60 lbs are required.
