De Naobers zoekt een Werkvoorbereider Bouw die overzicht houdt, vooruitdenkt en samenwerkt om projecten in Oost-Nederland soepel te laten verlopen. Je vertaalt opname- en projectinformatie naar duidelijke voorbereidingen en werkplannen, zodat collega’s buiten efficiënt aan de slag kunnen en projecten volgens planning verlopen.
Je werkt nauw samen met opdrachtgevers en vaste onderaannemers in een no-nonsense omgeving waar initiatief wordt gewaardeerd en ruimte is voor persoonlijke groei.
