We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant with 2–4 years of experience in the Qatar real estate sector. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of accounting principles, property-related transactions, and local financial regulations.
Immediate availability is highly preferred.
- Manage daily accounting operations and general ledger entries
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
- Manage rental income tracking and tenant accounts
- Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
- Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting
- Ensure compliance with Qatar financial regulations and company policies
- Coordinate with auditors when required
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2–4 years of accounting experience in Qatar (real estate sector preferred)
- Knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems
- Strong knowledge of VAT and local compliance requirements
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Immediate joiner preferred
