Senior Accountant

We are a well-established company in Doha, seeking a Senior Accountant to join our team. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing all financial transactions and ensuring compliance with accounting principles. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in accounting and excellent analytical skills.

• Manage all accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting
• Develop and maintain budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with GAAP
• Conduct month-end and year-end close processes
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and assist with tax filings
• Monitor and analyze variances in budget vs actual expenses
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve financial processes and procedures

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (CPA preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance
• Strong knowledge of GAAP principles and local tax regulations
• Proficient in MS Office and accounting software (SAP preferred)
• Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

• Monthly salary: 1200$
