Accountant, Financial Reporting, Tax Accountant

Accountant – Doha, Qatar

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountant to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Advanced English proficiency is not required.

• Manage all financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
• Monitor cash flow and ensure proper allocation of funds
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies
• Prepare tax returns and manage tax compliance
• Ensure timely payments to vendors and suppliers
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or related field
• Proficiency in relevant accounting software (e.g. Quickbooks)
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Prior experience with budgeting, forecasting, and tax compliance preferred
• Own visa in Qatar is a must
