The Night Auditor will be responsible for overseeing all financial transactions and accounting procedures during the night shift at our hotel in Doha, Qatar. This is a vital role ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our daily operations. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in accounting or finance, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

• Conduct audits of daily transactions and reconcile any discrepancies
• Manage front desk operations including guest check‑ins and check‑outs
• Prepare financial reports for management review
• Monitor cash flow and ensure proper handling of cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred
• Previous experience as a Night Auditor or similar role preferred
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
• Attention to detail and ability to analyze large amounts of data accurately
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in MS Excel and knowledge of accounting software is preferred
• Must be legally eligible to work in Qatar.
