Accountant, Financial Reporting, Bookkeeper​/ Accounting Clerk

Summary:

The Accountant role is a critical position within the finance team, responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial management across daily operations. This role supports the organization's financial health by overseeing bookkeeping, reporting, and reconciliation processes while maintaining compliance and internal controls. Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented professionals with a strong foundation in accounting principles and experience in fast-paced financial environments.

• Manage daily accounting and bookkeeping activities
• Prepare invoices, payment records, and financial reports
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Monitor company expenses and maintain accurate financial records
• Perform bank reconciliations and support monthly closing activities
• Assist with budgeting, auditing, and financial reporting tasks
• Maintain proper documentation and filing systems
• Ensure all accounting work is completed accurately and on time

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience
• Good knowledge of accounting procedures and financial reporting
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively
• NOC is mandatory for candidates currently in Qatar
• Gulf experience will be an added advantage
