Accounts Supervisor

• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and seamless financial processes across the hotel.
• Oversee daily accounting tasks including AR, AP, general ledger, and reconciliations.
• Review daily revenue reports and ensure accuracy across all hotel outlets.
• Supervise income audit activities and maintain strong internal controls.
• Manage supplier payments, reconciliations, and credit collections.
• Support payroll review and monthly financial reporting.
• Lead, train, and support a small accounting team.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation.
• Maintain at least 2 years of hotel accounting experience.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of hospitality systems such as Opera, Micros, and Sun Systems.
• Exhibit excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Show high attention to detail and strong time‑management abilities.
