Junior Accountant for Contract Position in Doha, Qatar

We are currently seeking a Junior Accountant for a contract position in Doha, Qatar. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accountant with a preference for Indian nationality to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in the Middle East region. As a Junior Accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing and analyzing financial statements, reconciling accounts, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting.

This is a contract position with the potential for extension or permanent placement based on performance. The salary for this role is $1300 per month.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Prepare and analyze financial statements
• Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
• Handle general accounting duties such as accounts payable/receivable and payroll
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure efficient accounting processes

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and within a team
