We are looking for a motivated and experienced Accountant to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all accounts and financial transactions within our company. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to work collaboratively with other departments in order to achieve the desired results.

• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and other reports in accordance with established procedures.
• Prepare month-end closing of accounts and ensure accuracy of records.
• Reconcile bank statements.
• Analyze financial data and prepare reports outlining trends or identifying potential issues.
• Manage accounts receivable and payable.
• Maintain general ledgers.
• Prepare VAT returns.
• Respond to customer inquiries related to billing or account information.
• Monitor cash flow and expenses.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting is preferred.
• Working knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
• Ability to use MS Office (Word, Excel), accounting software (SAP, Quick Books).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail with strong analytical skills.
