The Senior Accountant with Finance background will be responsible for managing full-cycle accounting, including preparing and reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements in accordance with relevant standards. This full-time role involves overseeing financial reporting, supporting audit engagements, and providing insights into budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance. The Senior Accountant will collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure accurate records, timely reporting, and adherence to regulatory and tax requirements.

The role is on-site and based in Doha, Qatar, requiring close coordination with management on process improvements, internal controls, and finance-related advisory tasks.

• Strong knowledge of Finance and Financial Statements, with the ability to interpret and analyze key performance indicators.
• Proficiency in Accounting Software and Financial Reporting, including preparation of periodic management and statutory reports.
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills for reviewing data, identifying variances, and recommending corrective actions.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, auditing practices, and tax regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CMA) are an advantage.
• Experience in a public accounting or audit firm environment, preferably in a senior or supervisory role.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal stakeholders on-site in Doha.
• Strong experience in E-commerce and Fintech.
