Doha, Qatar Job Type: Full-time JAR Accounting & Auditing is looking for a qualified and well-connected Business Development Officer / Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in business development within an audit, accounting, tax, advisory, or consultancy firm, with a proven network across government entities, semi-government entities, and key industries in Qatar.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for audit, accounting, tax, advisory, and consultancy services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government entities, semi-government entities, private companies, and industry decision-makers.
• Approach potential clients and introduce JAR’s services professionally.
• Prepare and follow up on proposals, quotations, and client communications.
• Support management in developing business strategies and market opportunities.
• Attend meetings, networking events, and business development activities.
• Maintain proper records of leads, client meetings, and follow-ups.

• Must be fluent in Arabic and English.
• Strong network in government entities, semi-government entities, and major industries in Qatar.
• Previous experience in business development within an audit, accounting, advisory, consultancy, or professional services firm.
• Good understanding of audit, accounting, tax, and advisory services.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Professional appearance and ability to represent the firm confidently.
• Proven ability to generate leads and close business opportunities.
• Valid Qatar driving license is preferred.
