Job SummaryNBOX Logistics is hiring a Senior Accountant to manage the full accounting cycle, supervise the team, and handle complex billing for warehousing and last-mile delivery services. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience, a strong understanding of CBM-based storage billing, and is fluent in Arabic.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full accounting cycle and supervise the accounting team
Prepare and review customer invoices for warehousing, storage, fulfillment, and last-mile delivery services
Calculate and verify CBM-based storage charges according to customer contracts and rate cards
Handle billing for inbound/outbound, picking, packing, handling, and other warehouse services
Reconcile last-mile delivery records with customer billing
Manage accounts receivable, collections, accounts payable, and reconciliations
Coordinate with Warehouse and Operations teams to ensure accurate and complete billing
Prepare financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and management analysis
Support audits, compliance, and internal financial controls
Qualifications & RequirementsThe ideal candidate for this Senior Accountant vacancy in Doha must meet the following criteria:
MandatoryBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum 5 years of accounting experience
Arabic language proficiency required
Must be currently available in Qatar
Preferred ExperienceExperience in 3PL, Warehousing, Logistics, or Last-Mile Delivery
Understanding of CBM-based storage billing and logistics invoicing
Strong Excel and accounting/ERP software skills
Supervisory experience preferred
Important: Only candidates currently in Qatar and available for immediate joining will be considered. Arabic fluency is mandatory for this role.
What is the most important requirement?Experience in 3PL, warehousing, or logistics accounting is highly preferred, along with Arabic language proficiency and current availability in Qatar.
How much experience is needed?A minimum of 5 years of accounting experience is required, with a preference for those who have worked in logistics or warehousing environments.
What is the salary range?The salary for this position is QAR 6,000 – 8,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
When is the joining date?We are looking for a candidate who can join immediately. Only locally available candidates in Qatar will be considered.
