Support accurate fund accounting, financial reporting, financial controls, and regulatory compliance for asset management funds, companies, SPCs, and discretionary mandates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain fund accounting records, GLs, and charts of accounts.
- Prepare financial statements, trial balances, management reports, and schedules.
- Handle fund expenses, accruals, fees, subscriptions, redemptions, income, and cash flows.
- Support accounting systems, data quality, controls, and finance operations.
- Coordinate with auditors, fund managers, administrators, custodians, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management; ACCA/CPA/CA/MBA Finance preferred.
- 10+ years of relevant finance/accounting experience, including fund accounting or portfolio management platform exposure
. - Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting standards, controls, systems, and analysis.
- Strong communication and execution skills.
