Junior Accountant

We are hiring a Junior Accountant to join our dynamic team in Doha. As a Junior Accountant, you will be responsible for assisting with the preparation of financial statements, maintaining accurate records of financial transactions, and supporting the day-to-day operations of our accounting department. This position is perfect for an Indian professional looking to gain experience in an English-speaking work environment.

No prior experience is required, but a strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential. The starting salary for this role is 1400$ per month.

• Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
• Support the day-to-day operations of the accounting department
• Reconcile bank statements and other accounts
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
• Prepare tax returns and assist with audits as needed
• Communicate with clients and vendors regarding payment inquiries
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred
• Proficient in English (spoken and written)
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other accounting software programs
