Position: Assistant to the CEO (Entry-Level)

Doha | Fresh Graduates in Fashion | Salary: 1,500 to 2,000 QAR

Are you passionate about fashion and eager to build a career in the industry? We’re looking for a smart, organized, and proactive assistant to the CEO to join our fashion studio in Doha. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate in Fashion. You will support both the business and creative sides of the brand — from managing studio operations and customer orders to attending meetings and exploring new opportunities in the local fashion scene.

What You'll Do :

Be the CEO’s go-to person for scheduling, emails, meetings, and daily coordination

Attend meetings, take notes, and follow up on key action points

Manage studio operations to ensure smooth production

Handle customer messages, take orders, and process payments

Maintain and update the Shopify store (training provided if needed)

Identify opportunities such as local pop-ups, fashion events, and collaborations

Assist with errands, sourcing materials, and other tasks to keep the studio running

Support the CEO in leadership roles in their absence when needed

What We’re Looking For :

Recent graduate or entry-level talent
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable with basic tech (Google Sheets, Shopify — training provided)
Friendly and professional when dealing with clients
Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive
Passion for the fashion industry and eagerness to learn and grow
