- Handle indoor sales operations and communicate with customers via phone and email.
- Prepare quotations and follow up on customer orders.
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate records and data.
- Prepare daily and periodic reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Manage and organize emails and official correspondence.
- Maintain proper documentation of files, invoices, and contracts.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Provide administrative and office support as required.
- Previous experience in indoor sales and/or administrative roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent email handling and written communication skills.
- High level of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Fluency in English is required;
Arabic is a plus.
