Office Administrator (Arabic & English Speaker) | Female
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Office Administrator who is fluent in both Arabic and English to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative and clerical support to management
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls in Arabic and English
- Prepare reports, letters, and official documents
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and maintain records
- Coordinate with departments, clients, and vendors
- Maintain filing systems (digital and physical)
- Assist with general office coordination and tasks as required
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Experience working in Qatar or the GCC
- Knowledge of basic administrative duties
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
