We are looking for an experienced Operations Coordinator to support the structure, planning, and execution of all marketing activities across our hotel and restaurant portfolio.

This role plays a key part in coordinating tasks, ensuring alignment between departments, and supporting the marketing team with smooth, organized workflows. We are seeking someone who is highly organized, detail-driven, and proactive in solving problems before they elevate.

• Coordinate daily tasks, timelines, and deliverables for the Marketing Department
• Organize communication between internal departments and team members
• Support planning for campaigns, photoshoots, activations, and cross-functional projects
• Track progress, follow up on deadlines, and ensure all initiatives stay on schedule
• Prepare reports, documentation, and internal updates
• Support budgeting, supplier coordination, and administrative processes

• Strong organizational and planning skills
