Operations Coordinator (Insurance – Placement & Service)

• Doha, Qatar – 1 vacancy


• Beirut, Lebanon – 1 vacancy

Experience: 3–5 years (strong 1–3 years considered)

We are looking for two detail-oriented Operations Coordinators to support insurance placement and client servicing functions — one based in Doha, Qatar and one based in Beirut, Lebanon.

This role is suited for someone with experience in administration, operations, procurement, or accounting
, who is comfortable coordinating between multiple stakeholders and ensuring tasks are followed through from start to finish.

Insurance experience is a plus, but strong organizational skills, communication, and reliability are the main priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support insurance placement activities with insurers and underwriters
  • Prepare and circulate quotations, comparisons, and placement documentation
  • Follow up on terms, confirmations, endorsements, and renewals
  • Handle day-to-day client service requests and policy updates
  • Coordinate and organize insurance documentation and records
  • Act as a point of contact between clients, insurers, and internal teams
  • Support claims coordination by tracking documentation and follow-ups
  • Assist with administrative and operational tasks, including basic invoice and record tracking
Required Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience in administration, operations, procurement, accounting, or a similar role
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Good communication and people skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Good written and spoken English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in insurance, banking, or financial services
  • Experience in a coordination or client-facing role
  • Familiarity with documentation-heavy environments
