This is an on-site, full-time Receptionist role based in Doha, Qatar. The Receptionist is responsible for handling front desk operations, managing incoming calls with professionalism, and performing clerical tasks. Daily responsibilities include greeting and assisting visitors, managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, coordinating meeting spaces, and addressing client inquiries while fostering a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications
  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties management skills
  • Proficiency in Clerical Skills, including filing, data entry, and organization
  • Exceptional Communication abilities and interpersonal skills
  • Professional Customer Service skills with a focus on creating a positive visitor experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment usage
  • Prior receptionist or front-office experience is an advantage
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
