Role Overview
Responsible for managing and updating the CAFM system to support facilities management operations, ensuring accurate data entry, timely work order processing, and smooth coordination between teams.
Key Responsibilities- Handle daily work order creation, assignment, updating, and closure in the CAFM system (Concept Evolution/Maximo/Planon – as applicable).
- Maintain asset registers, PPM schedules, and service requests.
- Monitor SLA & KPI compliance and elevate delays.
- Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports for management.
- Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and contractors to track job progress.
- Ensure data accuracy, documentation, and proper filing of records.
- Support PPM planning, resource allocation, and system updates.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s in any field (FM/Engineering background preferred).
- Experience in CAFM operations within Facilities Management (Qatar experience is a plus).
- Good communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.
- Knowledge of FM workflows, assets, and maintenance processes.
