• Perform general and Administrative tasks such as answering phones, filing, and managing supplies and Inventory
• Act as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and other partners to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Processing requests for visas and other necessary travel documents
• To understand and address inquiries from both internal and external sources accurately.
• Communicating and collaborating effectively with colleagues and different departments to facilitate smooth operations and maintain a positive workplace.
• Prepare and present reports on key operational metrics, performance data, and project updates to management.
• Handle customer inquiries, provide excellent service, and address customer issues or complaints.
• Ensure the accuracy of company databases and records through regular updates and data entry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay:
From QAR3,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Operations / Administrator: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Qatar driver's license (Preferred)
