Job DescriptionWe are looking for a well-organized and proactive Event Coordinator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate all event requirements from initial inquiry to execution
- Communicate with team to ensure smooth arrangements
- Prepare event orders, monitor setup, and assist during functions
- Support the banquet team with scheduling, follow-ups, and onsite requirements
- Ensure all event details are delivered accurately and professionally
- Background in events, hospitality, or customer-facing roles
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong client-handling skills
- Knowledge of banquet/event operations is an advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay:
From QAR3,000.00 per month
