Urgent required Sales Admin COORDINATOR for CERAMICS under a holding Company to join immediately.
Candidate’s must have the following criteria's below;
- valid transferable Qatar
- 2–3 years of experience working as a Sales Admin Coordinator in the Qatar market
- Manage the Administrative Department’s overall function related to HR, project coordination, project pricing, procurement & logistics, general administrative duties, and secretarial duties.
- Study the specification and do selection from our brands.
- Archive all quotation versions.
- Update the pipeline data and reports.
- Fill the material request format by conducting analysis for stocks and collecting requests for upcoming projects or customer–required materials.
- Monitor and follow up suppliers on the status of order delivery.
- Monitor the departure and arrival of shipments.
- Open files for each supplier and archive all data and updated price lists.
- Prepare visual aids for internal and/or external company presentations.
- Compose external correspondences issued to customers/clients/consultants.
- Compose and distribute internal memos.
- Coordinate with marketing company for all social media activity and marketing promotion.
- Arrange all administrative work for Build Your House exhibition.
- Arrange with photographers for taking pictures for our projects and new arrivals.
- High regard for quality assurance.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Microsoft Office applications such as MS Word and MS Excel.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- High proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Knowledgeable in Oracle’s ERP system.
- Able to adapt in a fast‑paced working environment.
