Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients and visitors courteously.
• Manage patient registration, appointments, and EMR updates.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls and provide accurate hospital information.
• Conduct insurance eligibility checks and coordinate pre-approvals.
• Manage billing, issue receipts, and perform end‑of‑shift financial handovers.
• Maintain accurate records and support administrative duties.
• Ensure seamless coordination with hospital departments.

Requirements:

• Diploma or certification in hospital administration or customer service.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Experience in hospital front‑desk or medical administrative roles.
• Knowledge of EMR/HIS systems and insurance coordination.
• Presentable, professional, and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as needed.

• 07:00 AM – 03:00 PM | 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM
