Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide day‑to‑day administrative, scheduling, and operational support to a senior executive. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, professional, maintains confidentiality, and can multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support:

  • Manage daily calendar, schedule appointments, organize meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Screen and respond to emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the executive.
  • Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
  • Maintain an organized filing system (digital and physical).
Administrative & Office Tasks
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external partners.
  • Handle expense reports, invoices, reimbursements, and petty cash.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies and vendor services when required.
Personal Tasks (as required)
  • Assist with personal errands, shopping, reservations, and household coordination.
  • Manage personal travel, events, and family scheduling when needed.
Project & Communication Support
  • Follow up on pending tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Assist in researching, collecting data, and preparing summaries for decision‑making.
  • Liaise with suppliers, clients, and key contacts on behalf of the executive.
Skills & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2–5 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant.
  • Strong communication skills (English required; Arabic an advantage).
  • Excellent time management, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace.
  • Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to shifting priorities.
