Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide day‑to‑day administrative, scheduling, and operational support to a senior executive. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, professional, maintains confidentiality, and can multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support:
- Manage daily calendar, schedule appointments, organize meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Screen and respond to emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the executive.
- Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Maintain an organized filing system (digital and physical).
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners.
- Handle expense reports, invoices, reimbursements, and petty cash.
- Monitor and manage office supplies and vendor services when required.
- Assist with personal errands, shopping, reservations, and household coordination.
- Manage personal travel, events, and family scheduling when needed.
- Follow up on pending tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
- Assist in researching, collecting data, and preparing summaries for decision‑making.
- Liaise with suppliers, clients, and key contacts on behalf of the executive.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2–5 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant.
- Strong communication skills (English required; Arabic an advantage).
- Excellent time management, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to shifting priorities.
