Northbourne Advisory is hiring an Executive Assistant to provide focused, high quality support to senior leadership. This role is for someone who brings strong judgement, clear organisation, and the confidence to coordinate across senior teams. You will manage priorities, shape information flow, and help ensure that key commitments are delivered on time and to standard.
This position suits an EA who thinks beyond logistics. Someone who can anticipate needs, influence stakeholders, and act as a trusted partner on both daily operations and wider organisational objectives.
Role type:
Full time, on site
- Day to day support for senior leadership including scheduling, priorities, and workflow management
- High level coordination of emails, meetings, briefing materials, and follow up actions
- Preparation of correspondence, presentations, and documentation that is clear, accurate, and professional
- Representation of senior leadership in interactions with teams and external stakeholders
- Management of confidential information with discretion and sound judgement
- Coordination of cross departmental work including communications, media, digital, and creative teams
- Organisation of meetings, workshops, and senior level engagements with clear agendas and materials
- Oversight of travel, itineraries, and logistics with strong attention to detail
- Support for projects including tracking deliverables, timelines, and research tasks
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders
- Strong organisational ability with consistent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure and make decisions independently
- High level of professionalism, emotional intelligence, and discretion
- A proactive mindset and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise
- Interest in communications, public engagement, or cultural sectors
- A solutions focused approach and steady, reliable judgement
- Minimum of 6 years in executive support, administration, or senior coordination
- Experience supporting senior leaders in a fast paced environment is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Office based role, client side, with occasional on site support as required
- Flexibility in working hours to meet business needs
