Primary Purpose of the Job
The Senior Personal Assistant provides essential administrative and organizational support to the LNG Trading department. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations by managing schedules, coordinating communications, and handling travel and meeting arrangements. The position is critical in enabling the Manager to focus on strategic priorities while maintaining efficiency and professionalism across all administrative tasks.
ExperienceRequired Experience and Skills
Minimum 5 years of experience in secretarial or administrative roles, preferably supporting senior management.
Technical Skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong typing and document preparation skills
- Familiarity with SAP or similar enterprise systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt to changing situations
- Professional discretion and interpersonal skills
