A little taste of your day‑to‑dayEvery day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including filing, documentation, and data entry.
- Assist with recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters, and onboarding documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality of HR information.
- Coordinate staff attendance, leave records, and HR reports.
- Support employee engagement activities, training coordination, and internal communications.
- Handle general administrative duties including correspondence, office supplies, and record management.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
- Previous experience in an HR or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR systems.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is an advantage.
