As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of our office in Doha. Your main duties will include managing office supplies, scheduling appointments and meetings, and providing administrative support to our team. You should have excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong attention to detail. Fluency in English is preferred, but not required.

This position is open to all candidates, including those without prior experience and we welcome applications from Indian nationals who are looking for an opportunity to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring they are well‑stocked and maintained
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members
  • Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
  • Provide administrative support to the team as needed
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure accurate record keeping
  • Assist with organizing company events or meetings
  • Handle any ad‑hoc tasks as assigned by management
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Proven experience as an office administrator or similar role is a plus but not required
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal) is preferred but not required
  • Friendly demeanor with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: 1500$ per month.
