- Categorize printed emails and update cabin crew personal files
- Maintain structured filing systems and ensure documents are filed within defined timelines
- Prepare and organize files for new joiners and replace damaged or bulky records when required
- Update internal databases and generate daily and weekly filing reports
- Support smooth functionality of the filing room through proper document organization
- Manage office stationery and pantry supplies to maintain operational continuity
- Coordinate documentation flow with other departments and assist with IT equipment distribution
- Perform additional administrative duties as directed by department leadership
- High school qualification or equivalent
- Demonstrated administrative and organizational skills with minimal supervision
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality when handling documents and sensitive information
- Strong English communication skills both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Valid Qatar driving license is an advantage
