Responsibilities
- Prepare the necessary documents (Agenda, department's activities, and minutes of meeting) for Board of Director’s Meeting.
- Coordinate workflow.
- Update and chase delegated tasks to ensure progress to deadlines.
- Keep projects on schedule.
- Maintain procedures manual to ensure consistent performance of routines.
- Process replies on own initiative or from bosses’ dictation or notes.
- Research, draft or abstract reports.
- Perform to earn boss’s full confidence.
- Assure discreet handling of all business.
- Attend weekly Director’s meeting.
- Send minutes of meeting to high management.
- Prepare weekly operational/budgetary reports to high management.
- Assist in staff induction procedures.
- Maintain regular contact with Business Unit Directors.
- Respond to staff queries on administrative policies and procedures.
- Translate to English and Arabic and vice versa.
- Exercise independent judgement in relation to work with normal supervision.
- Needs minimal day‑to‑day work guidance.
